RE: Coppell Senior Center~ Site Plan Amendment
Dear Brad:
This letter is to inform you that the Coppell Senior Center, Site Plan Amendment, to allow for the renovation
and expansion of the main Senior Center and the annex located at 616 Coppell Road, was recommended for
approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, August 17, 2000, subject to the
following conditions:
1. All affected elevations of both buildings need to be shown and labeled in terms of direction
of the fagade, (i.e., north, south, east, and west).
2. A specification of the color and materials to be used needs to be added to the elevation
drawings and/or submitted on a color board.
3. The existing and surrounding zoning designations need to be added to the Site Plan.
4. Inclusion of a location map.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, September 12, 2000, at 7:30 p.m.
A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that
accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise
and submit to the Planning Department 17 folded copies of the Site Plan and Elevations on or before 12 noon,
Tuesday, Aut,ust 29th. At that time, we will also need 17 additional copies of the Floor Plan. Also, please
submit three (3) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reductions of revised plans.
