Analysis of this site plan can not be conducted without the following information: · Boundaries of the property · Site plan which indicates all existing parking spaces. · Existing and proposed landscaping. · Existing and proposed square footage of the buildings · Vicinity map 2. Existing and proposed parking ratios: Per Section 31-6.6 of the Zoning Ordinance, a Community Center parking is required is Ten parking spaces plus (1) additional for each 300 square feet of floor area over 2,000 square feet. Per the square footage provided the total square footage will be 5,027 square feet, requiring 21 spaces, it appears that t~om a site visit that adequate number of spaces are currently provided, but not indicated on the site plan. ELEVATIONS: 1. Need to specify colors and materials. 2. CMU was approved by the Board of Adjustment. Note: A. Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the August 3~ Development Review Committee (DRC) meetillg. B. ~aeh applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the August 3rd DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting. C. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, August 8th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning Department Page 1 of 1
