I am submittin~ a final application and Special Use Permit (SUP) for
the ~i]din~ permit for our proposed 138 kV electric substation to be
constructed on the northwest corner of the intersection of Thweatt Road and
CopDe]l Road in CopDell. Texas. I am also includin~ twentyt~o (22) copies
of our final plat. site. and landscape plans for your review. In addition,
I am attaching a TU Electric check in the amount of $195.41 to cover the
final plat and Special Use Permit.
Your assistance with this important project to provide a continued
reliable and adequate supply of electric energy to our customers in CopDell
is appreciated.
