Stemmons Suite//230 Lewisville, TX 75067 RE: Copperstone Addition, Final Plat Dear Sirs: This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Copperstone Addition, Final Plat, located west of the intersection of Parkway Boulevard and Cowboy Drive, was recommended for approval by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, March 8, 1994. The following conditions apply: (1) Minimum centerline street radius = 150'; (2) maximum length of cul-de-sac = 800' (measured center line to center line); (3) alleys not be required for Lots 8-34 Block "A"; lots 11-24, Block E; (4) common areas to be dedicated to and maintained by the Homeowner Association (a letter stating such needs to be provided); (5) that the applicant furnish a letter of map revision; (6) the Homeowners' Association be in place before the plat goes to Council; and (7) that Angel Bluff Trail be changed to Turkey Knob Trail. No construction may begin until the plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval of this plat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda date. If the plat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to September 5, 1994, the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required.
