RE: Coppell Town Center Addition, Final Plat
Dear Mr. Koch:
This letter is to inform you that Coppell Town Center Addition, Final Plat, to allow the
development of the Justice Center and the future Fire Station No. 3, as well as accommodate
the existing Town Center located on the south side of Parkway Boulevard, approximately 295.50
feet east of Denton Tap Road, was approved by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
on Thursday, July 18, 1996. The following conditions apply:
(1) Remove from Final Plat the "Preliminary Plat for Review Purposes Only"
signature block;
(2) provide a signed and sealed Landscape Plan, and
(3) Correct typographic error of the word "Plan" on sheet SP-1.
This Final Plat must be filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Appioval is
valid for six (6) months. If the Final Plat has not been filed for record with the County prior
to January 18, 1997, the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required.
