ITEM: Coppell Town Center Addition, ~ Plat, to create a single lot that
will allow the development of the Criminal Sustice Center and the
future ~ Station No. $ as well as accommodate the existing Town
Center, located on the south side of Parkway Blvd., approximately
295.50feet east of Denton Tap Road, at the request of Pacheco Kock
Consulting Engineers, Inc.

1) It has been brought to our attention that there is an existing GTE utility line that runs
from Parkway Blvd. to the Town Hall building. Please contact Mae Beth Whaley with
GTE at 318-3832.
2) Please contact Jeff Miles with Jones & Boyd, Inc. at (214) 248-7676 regarding location
of existing waterline to Town Hall and the proposed water line which will connect to
Town Cemer Blvd. A 20' water utility easement needs to be provided for the waterline
and existing and proposed water vaults.
