Brad,
We can take this request to City Council as an consent agenda item on July 10, 2001, however, please
revise your request for an extension for the MINOR plat not preliminary plat and put it in letter form to
attach to the agenda request. Normally a six month extensions are granted.

Dear Mr. Sieb,
Please accept this letter as a request for a sixty day extension to file the Preliminary Plat for the proposed
Coppell Service Center. There are some easement issues which remain unresolved. These issues
should be taken care of in the next few weeks.
