Denton Tap Road; south of Bethel Road, at the request of Creekview II Partners, L.P. DRC DA TE: August 31, 2000 and September 3, 2000 CONTACT: Mike Martin, P.E., Assistant City Engineer (972-304-3679) COMMENT STATUS: ~PRELIMINARY It appears that the eastern side of the parking lot is close to the floodplain. Can this parking lot be built without filling in the floodplain or will a retaining wall be needed? No improvement will be allowed in the floodplain unless a floodplain permit is submitted and approved. Show the location of the existing driveway south of the property. The proposed driveway must be a minimum of 120' north of the existing driveway. Provide existing elevation on the site plan. The proposed trash dumpster enclosure cannot be constructed on top of existing sanitary sewer easement.
