SUBJECT: Creekview II, Lot 3, Block B

As previously discussed, the proposed signage for your tenant "Coppell Adult
Medicine", as represented to staff, is allowed in accordance with the Coppell
Zoning Ordinance. As shown, the proposed sign will be constructed of Bronze
letters (font-Times Roman) and measure approximately 9" in height by 12' in
length, totaling nine (9) square-feet. As shown, the sign will not be internally
illuminated. This is the first attached sign request for the subject building.
A copy of this memo will be forwarded to the Building Inspections Department for
record and reference at the time of permit application. Please contact me if you
have any additional questions or concerns related to the signage on the
Creekview II building.
