Dear Ms. Roy:
We have received the Staff comments related to the above referenced site plan. We
understand and agree with all the conditions with the exception of number 1.
While we have agreed to replat our lot (Lot 3). we do not understand or agree with Staff's
request that Lot 2 be replatted.
We do not own Lot 2 and, therefore, have no authority to replat it. Furthermore, we see
no need for such a replat in connection with the development of our lot.
