An existing 24 foot access and utility easement that was created by the original plat must be partly abandoned. I say partly because although the easement is not needed for access, there is a sanitary sewer in a portion of the easement. We could complete this abandonment through a replat; however, we would prefer to do so with a separate instrument. We would also like to dedicate a fire lane and water easement by separate instrument.
