Dear Ms. Diamond:
As you know, a partnership that we represent wants to build an office building on the
platted lot referenced above.
An existing 24 foot access and utility easement that was created by the original plat must
be partly abandoned. I say partly because although the easement is not needed for access,
there is a sanitary sewer in a portion of the easement.
We could complete this abandonment through a replat; however, we would prefer to do
so with a separate instrument. We would also like to dedicate a fire lane and water
easement by separate instrument.
Our understanding is that we will discuss this question during the DRC meeting related to
the site plan for the project.
