Revise Utility Company Signature Block to eliminate notation of Lone Star Gas, which is
now known as TXU Electric & Gas.
Provide Denton Tap Right-of-way in from of subject property; the notation "variable" is
not acceptable.
The fire lane that ties into the southern property line appears to be inconsistent with the
approved site plan. The site plan and replat must coincide. Provide overlay of this area
for staff review only, including fire lane boundaries and curbing.
The fire lane to the north, serving lot 2, must be shown on the site plan. If the fire lane is
recorded by separate instrument, this must also be noted.
Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff
recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide, in writing,
reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the October 5th
Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the October 5th DRC
meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain, and defend any revision. A representative
for this project is required to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, October 10th to resubmit sixteen (16) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department.
