Case #ZC-528 was submitted to the Planning and Zoning
Commission and City Council for consideration of a zoning
change request from (2F-9) to (SF-7). The request was
approved by City Council with site plan modifications.
TRANSPORTATION:
Coppell Road is a 2-lane roadway.
ANALYSIS:
The subject plat conforms to the zoning exhibit which was
approved by the City Council, and it conforms to the City
of Coppell's codes and standards. Staff recommends
approval of the preliminary plat.
