Existence of line in Coppell Road is in question.
Preliminary Drainage:
1. Discharging storm sewers onto residential lots will not be
allowed.
2. Due to existing drainage problems in Whispering IIills all
onsite drainage should be directed to Cottonwood Branch
north and west of this subdivision.
3. Lots 57 through 65 must be graded to drain to the front
since there is no alley included behind these lots.
