Mr. Steve Gee, representing G Development, has requested early release for
building construction on a portion of the above listed project.
Please see attachment for lot and block description of area requested.
The subdivision development is in compliance with the City of Coppell
standards.
Early release of building construction is recommended with the
understanding that no Certificate of Occupancy will be issued until the
entire project development has met final acceptance requirements.
