Dear Mr. Veenker:
This letter is to formally notify you that the above said application,
was approved by the Coppell City Council on April 14, 1987. Your next
step will be to submit two (2) mylars and eight (8) bluelines to the
Planning Department for the signatures of City officials. This plat
must be filed within six (6) months from the City Council approval date,
otherwise the plat will be deemed null and void, and a resubmittal will
be required.
