Coppell Road Business Park Fee Assessments
In speaking with the City Engineer, we have calculated the following
fees associated with the above referenced project.
1. Plat fee $296.28~
2. Water/Wastewater availability fee $6,759.24.
This figure is based on $120.00 per 1000 sq. feet.
50% of the above fee shall be paid prior to approval of the final
plat by the City Council. The remaining 50% shall be paid prior to
issuance of any building permit for the developed development.
Water Tap Inspections $100.00.
4. Sewer Tap Inspections $100.00.
Total: $7,255.52
