RE: Coppell Road Business Park
Dear Ms. Bowman,
The following are my recollections of the events that occured when the plat for the
Coppell Road Business Park was approved in 1986.
1. The site plan was approved Dec. ]9, 1985.
2. The Final Plat was scheduled for approval Feb. 20, 1986 but was delayed at the
request of the fire marshall.(The plat was approved subject to the Fire Marshalls
approval~ and the payment of the fees~at the February Meeting of the P & Z~
3. The plans were changed to reflect automatic fire sprinklers in all the proposed
buildings and the fire marshall approved the plans on March 13, 1986.
4. On about the 27 of March Steve Goram computed the fees that would have to be paid,
these fees were for the water tap and meter as well as the availabity fees,
pro rata and construction permits. I cannot find the exact number but as i recall
it was approximately $]7,500.00.
