All Firelanes must be 24 feet wide.
GENERAL TELEPHONE:
1) No utility easement shown for access to Lot #1.
2) Developer would have to place necessary conduit from any
buildings in that area to Coppell Road or across other
areas to utility easements.
COPPELL CABLEVISION:
No comment.
TEXAS POWER AND LIGHT:
1) Service details to be worked out with building plans.
2) Final Plat acceptable.

PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT:
1) This item is tentatively scheduled for February 19, 1987
7:30 p.m. Planning and Zoning Commission action.
2) Change Approved Planning and Zoning Commission to
Planning and Zoning Chairman.
FIRE DEPARTMENT:
1) Fire hydrants required every 300 feet.
2) Must provide an all weather driving surface on not less
than 24 feet of unobstructed width, with adequate roadway
turning radius capable of supporting the imposed loads of
fire apparatus before construction begins.

Fire hydrants and water system must be operational before
construction begins.
The access roadway shall be extended to within 150 feet
of all portions of the exterior walls of the first story
of any building.
Uniform Fire Code, 1985 is applicable.

New City Ordinance June 26, 1986 - Fire Lanes must be a
minimum of 24 feet in width.
