Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that the D/FW Trade Center, Lots 1 and 3, Block 5, Final Plat, to allow the
creation of 2 new lots on approximately 29.21 acres of property located at the northeast comer of N.
Freeport Parkway and Trade Center Drive, was approved by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, December 17, 1998.
This Final Plat must be filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval is valid for six (6)
months. If the Plat has not been filed for record with the County prior to June 17, 1999, it shall be deemed
null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached checklist for the requirements for executing
Final Plats and Replats.
