Note: If the purpose of this subdivision is to plat only the right of way for Freeport
Parkway, then:
1. Indicate r.o.w, for Ruby Road.
2. Change signature block for TXU to TXU gas/electric.
3. Need 15 foot hike/bike easement on west property line.
4. Dimension width/size of quick-claim area.
5. Any site development will require replatting.
If the purpose of the plat is to also subdivide into building sites, then:
1. Zoning request to PD needs to be finalized by City Council before Final Plat can be
approved
2. Show minimum setbacks for all lots.
3. Fire lanes must be shown on plat.
4. Why a platted lot #3? What can lot #3 be used for?
5. Any site development will require replatting.

Note:
A. Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff
recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why
staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the August 3ra Development
Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the August 3rd DRC meeting.
Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or
other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
C. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, August 8th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department
