Pvmt." to the point designated as "Proposed Asphalt Pvmt." on Exhibit A. The completion of such extension within the Extension Area shall satisfy all of Owner's obligations to the City of Coppell in regard to constructing roadways, and no further improvements shall be required to be performed by Owner.
