approximately 1.606 acres of property located at the southeast comer of S.H.
121 and Denton Tap Road, at the request of Enoch, Inc.

COMMENT STATUS:
1. The 7.03' right-of-way dedication should be adequate to provide at least 1' of parkway
behind the proposed 5' sidewalk. If that has not been provided, then additional right-of-way
will be required. Also, right-of-way or an easement should be provided to contain the
sidewalk adjacent to Denton Tap.
2. The radii of all fire lanes should be shown.
