The 7.03' right-of-way dedication should be adequate to provide at least 1' of parkway behind the proposed 5' sidewalk. If that has not been provided, then additional right-of-way will be required. Also, right-of-way or an easement should be provided to contain the sidewalk adjacent to Denton Tap. 2. The radii of all fire lanes should be shown.
