ITEM: PD-186R, Duke-Freeport, zoning change request from PD-186 (Planned
Development-186) to PD-186R (Planned Development-186R) to attach a
detailed site plan for Lots 4 & 4X for the development of an office/warehouse
buildings on approximately 29.9 acres of property located on the west side of
Coppell Road, between Ruby and Bethel Roads, at the request of Duke-Weeks
Realty Corporation.
