This letter is to inform you that last evening, the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
voted to hold under advisement to its November 15, 2001, meeting the Dynasty Cleaners
Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, Site Plan, to allow the development of a 10,400 square-foot retail
building on 1.606 acres of property located at the southeast comer of S.H. 121 and Denton
Tap Road.
Please revise and submit to the Planning Department five (5) folded copies of all exhibits on
or before 12 noon~ Wednesda% October 24th, for staff review.
