Dear Mr. Jackson:
This letter is to inform you that the Dynasty Cleaners Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, Minor Plat,
to allow the development of a 10,400 square-foot retail building on 1.606 acres of property
located at the southeast comer of S.H. 121 and Denton Tap Road, was recommended for
denial by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, October 18,2001.
This plat may be resubmitted for consideration at the Commission meeting scheduled for
November 15th.
