Freeport-4.5/Re-CS001222 T H E C I T Y O F COPP-EI L '~ ~ . ~ December 22, 2000 Mr. Paul Brown Duke-Weeks Realty Corp. 5495 Beltline Road, Suite 360 Dallas, TX 75240 RE: Duke-Freeporh Lots 4 and 4X~ Block At Replat Dear Paul: This letter is to inform you that the Duke-Freeport Addition, Lots 4 & 4X, Block A, Replat, to allow the development of an approximate 560,000 square foot office/warehouse building on approximately 29.9 acres of property located on the west side of Coppell Road, between Ruby and Bethel Roads, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 21, 2000, subject to the following conditions: 1) Revision to the plat to include the fn'e lane and access easement from Freeport Parkway to Tract 4, which is to be established by separate instrument. 2) Filing of the Final Plat for the Duke-Freeport Addition (Freeport Parkway right-of- way). The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, January 9, 2001, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held at the William T. Cozby Public Library meeting room, 177 I-Ieartz Road. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the Planning Department 17 folded copies of the Replat on or before 12 noon~ Wednesday~ December 27th.
