You have the right to appeal this decision to City Council within 15 days which would allow your plans to be considered by Council on September 11th. However, because of the Labor Day holiday, we will need a letter stating that fact, along with 16 copies of all revised exhibits by 12 noon, Tuesday, August 28th.
