Dear Mr. Jackson:
This letter is to inform you that the Dynasty Cleaners Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, Site Plan
and Minor Plat, to allow the development of an approximately 10,400 square-foot retail
building on approximately 1.606 acres of property located at the southeast comer of S.H.
121 and Denton Tap Road, were recommended for denial by the Coppell Planning and
Zoning Commission on Thursday, August 16, 2001.
You have the right to appeal this decision to City Council within 15 days which would
allow your plans to be considered by Council on September 11th. However, because of the
Labor Day holiday, we will need a letter stating that fact, along with 16 copies of all revised
exhibits by 12 noon, Tuesday, August 28th.
