RE: D/FW Trade Center - Freeport Parkway Right-of-Way. Final Plat
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of D/FW Trade Center - Freeport
Parkway Right-of-Way, Final Plat, located northwest of State Highway 121 North, was granted
by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, October 10, 1995, with the following recommendation:
1. The Final Plat be recorded as D/FW Trade Center - Freeport Parkway Right-of-
Way.
Approval of this Final Plat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda date. If the
Final Plat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to April 10, 1996, the Plat
shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached checklist for
the requirements for executing final plats and replats.
