Dear Mr. Marshall:
The Subdivision Regulations of the City of Coppell require that a final plat be submitted to the
City for signatures within six months of its approval by the City. The Denton Tap Development
Final Plat was approved on September 18, 1997. It has been submitted for signatures. While the
City will not sign the plat until after all fees have been paid, the plat is still in good standing. If
fees are paid within a reasonable period of time, the City will not require that the plat be
resubmitted for Planning & Zoning Commission review.
