The City of Coppell Board of Adjustment met on Thursday, September 11, and heard your
request for a special exception from Section 31-6-26 of the City's Zoning Ordinance.
The Board voted to grant your request to allow 116 parking spaces at your new location,
formerly known as Lot 5, but now referred to as Lot 2 and 2X, of the Denton Tap
Development.
