A variance must be granted to allow for sidewalk to only be required on the north side of North Texas Court. 2. The maximum allowable driveway opening for commercial use is 30' as per the City's Subdivision Ordinance. Therefore, a parkway landscape buffer needs to be provided to create two conforming driveways on North Texas Court.
