Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: DFW Trade Center Building "F" - Landscape Submittal Dear Ms. Moro: On behalf of Industrial Developments Imemational, we intend to apply for a variance to the brick masonry wall requirement of the Landscape Regulations. Section 34-1-8. Please note that Landscape Consultants would like to provide a landscape screening hedge in lieu of the wall. We would like to point out this request is for the future loading dock area facing Patriot Drive and would apply only if and when I.D.I. decides to construct the loading dock. We are preparing some drawings at this time, which graphically depicts the proposed screening hedge for your consideration. Please call me if you have any questions or comments.
