On behalf of Industrial Developments International, we intend to apply for a variance to thc brick
masonry wall requiremen~ ofthe Landscape Regulations, Section 34-1-8. Please note that
Landscape Consultants wo~_~_!_d_ like to provide a landscape screening hedge in lieu of the wall.
We would like to point out this request is for the future loading dock area facing Palriot Drive
and would apply only if and when I,D.I, decides to construct Rte loading dock. We are preparing
some drawings at this time, which graphically depicts the proposed screening hedge for your
consideration.
