DFW Trade B5/FP-CS 981028 (2)I spoke with you last week on this one. I have included the memo fi.om Gary fyi.
Obviously they don't meet the max 15 car parks with landscape island nde. They are
probably less than the 48,00 ~£ paving though. I don't know if thin can be
administratively approved. I asked him to submit through your office because of the site
planning concerns, but we got it anyway.
He has included building permit plans since the second half of the project is to add dock
doors once the paving is done- I told him they both go togather and Planning would
need both.
FYI - We have dealt with thi.~ contractor before on residential projocts, and he was for a
time, the superintendent on at least one of the new fire stations, - he just doesa't seem to
understand processes for approval Also, Grapevine has talked with them but they don't
have any jurisdiction on this one (letter attached).
ffthe contractor calls our office I will tell him he needs to formally submit to Planning
process unless you say otherwise.
