1. The existing right-of-way for Coppell Road and Ruby Road should be verified.
2. Provide a 10'xl0' right-of-way comer clip at all street intersections to provide mom of A.D.A.
ramps.
3. All City utility easements must be a minimum of 20'.
4. There needs to be some discussion about the proposed alley access easements.
5. Need to provide pedestrian access (sidewalk) fi'om Archer Drive north to Wilson Elementary
School.
6. Need to show the offset distance fi:om Archer Drive to the alley across the street. Need to have an
offset distance of 125'.
Preliminary Water and Sanitary Sewer Layout
1. Individual water services should be provided for each lot.
2. An 8" water line stub out should be provided in the alley right-of-way between Lots 9A and 8B,
Block 1.
