As requested per your April 17, 1998 letter we are submitting for your review are the following items:
1. Eighteen (17) - 24" x 36" folded prints of the:
A. Preliminary Plat
B. Preliminary Water and Sanitary Sewer Layout
C. Preliminary Drainage Plan
D. Tree Survey
E. Screening Wall/Landscaping/Irrigation Plan
2. Three (3) - 81/2" x 11" copies of each exhibit.
The requested sidewalk was and is shown on the Landscaping Plan sheet L- 1. We have added note number
10 to the Preliminary Plat concerning the sidewalk. The 8 inch water line stub-out has been added to the
Preliminary Water and Sanitary Sewer Layout.
