The following items on the replat require correction: · Remove the Nettie Long Addition Lot 2 lot line from the replat
document.
· Move the Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission and
Mayor signature blocks above the City Secretary's signature block.
· The notation of "the developer, builder, seller or agent shall inform in
writing ..." should be placed above the "Floodplain Development
Permit Application No" caption.
· Move the setback notes and planned development conditions and other
notations outside of the replat drawing.
· Show setbacks lines for all lots.
· Where is the floodplain line?
· Show size of lots 20X, 1X, and 19X.
2. Submit a copy of the Homeowners Association for City Attomey's review.

Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff
recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why
staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the August 5th Development
Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the August 5th DRC meeting.
Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or
other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, August l0th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department
