Final Plat
Dear Mr. Frassnelli:
We have reviewed the above referenced project for conformance
to City of Coppell standards. All items in our previous
letters have been addressed to our satisfaction. We have no
objections to placing this on the November 12, 1985 Council
agenda for approval.
After Council approval, you need to submit a minimum of six
(6) complete sets of construction drawings for stamping.
These six will be retained by the City. You need to submit
as many additional sets as you want 'stamped" for approval at
that time also.
Please provide for the City a receipt indicating that all
taxes have been paid. The plat shall be filed with the
County Deed Records in accordance with the Subdivision
Ordinance. Please review Section XI of the Subdivision
Ordinance for submittals required for construction.
