1. Lo~s 7, 8, 9, 13, 19, Block A have very linited access to selve to locate front
d~veway(n~.~ds Z2' n~), fire hydrant, T.U. bo~ GTE pedes~d, sm~ ~ight, curb
inlet, water meter can, etc.
2. Wdl sidewalks need to be comtmcted along sidewalk easement?.
3. Need note on face of plat to hold back fence to 15' building line at entry lot
21.
4. Need to provide for decorative masonry/wrought iron fence across from lo~s
15, 16, 17, and 21. Homeowner's association to responsible for maintenance.
Otherwise City will end up with Neighborhood Integrity complainls as fence
deteriorates, since these fences face the front yards of homeowners across the
street
