I am processing your most recent request for payment regarding the above-referenced subject,
and I believe the check in an amount of $16,477.20 will be ready for pick-up on Friday,
September 1, 1995, after 2:30 p.m. I would advise that you call Teri Brown, Accounting Clerk,
at 304-3687 before coming by to make certain that the check is indeed ready.
While reviewing your request for payment, I note that the contract amount for construction of
our portion of the milsap wall exceeds our budget by $2,387. I will have no difficulty making
payment for your current billing (the $16,477.20 figure), but advise you that I will have to be
"creative" in the final payment. Although $2,387 is not an exorbitant amount, please have
patience with me as I figure out a way to make final restitution.
