Preliminary Plat
1. Show the 10' sidwalk/utility easement adjacent to Denton Tap Road.
2. Provide a fight-of-way comer clip at the northwest comer for a future fight mm lane at the Denton
Tap Road and Parkway Blvd. intersection.
Site Plan
1. Locate the proposed 5' sidewalk along Denton Tap Road a minimum of 4' off the back of the curb.
2. Provide an 8'wide brick paver band in the driveway and A.D.A. ramp for the driveway intersecting
Denton Tap Road.
3. The maximin driveway width for commerical driveways is 30'.
