corner of Denton Tap Road and Parkway Blvd., at the request of the Richond
Group.

Preliminary Plat
1. Show the 10' sidwalk/utility easement adjacent to Denton Tap Road.
2. Provide a right-of-way comer clip at the northwest comer for a future right turn lane at the Denton
Tap Road and Parkway Blvd. intersection.
Site Plan
1. Locate the proposed 5' sidewalk along Denton Tap Road a minimum of 4' offthe back of the curb.
2. Provide an 8'wide brick paver band in the driveway and A.D.A. ramp for the driveway intersecting
Denton Tap Road.
3. The maximum driveway width for commedcal driveways is 30'.
