Re: Eckerds Site Plan - Town Center
Dear Pert:
Please accept this letter as our request for a 30-day postponement of the
Planning and Zoning Commission hearing on the Site Plan/Preliminary Plat for
the proposed Eckerds-Town Center development . This postponement will
allow our architect to make the requested revisions as per the DRC meeting. If
this is acceptable, we will submit our plans on May 18th for the Commission
meeting on June 18th.

Based on the conversations at the Development Review Committee meeting yesterday, please
fax us a letter requesting a 30-day postponement of your application.. We will need the letter by
midweek next week in order to pull the item from the agenda of this month's Planning and
Zoning Commission m~eting. You can resubmit your plans on May 18 and be reschedulcd for
the Commission meeting on June 18.
