Based on the conversations at the Development Review Committee meeting yesterday, please
fax us a letter requesting a 30-day postponement of your application. We will need the letter by
midweek next week in order to pull the item from the agenda of this month's Planning and
Zoning Commission meeting. You can resubmit your plans on May 18 and be rescheduled for
the Commission meeting on June 18.
