Per our conversation on 1/0g/99 we are prqceeding with the relocation of the Princeton Park
dumpstcr screen wall and construction of the s~dewalli in, front of the stmre~l paining oetween
Eckerds Drugstore and Princeton Park Development (reference the attached document). Per the
access agreement between Princeton Park Development and North American Properties t Eckerds,
· we axe relocating their dumpster to accommodate the proposed access. Please note that per the
agreement we are also being requested to provide a four-foot sidewalk along the shared parking area.
As a result of a~lding this sidewalk, Eckerd is giving up some of their required landscdpe
(approximately 200 s.f.).
