Fairways/Re-NR 950518 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 18th day of May, 1995, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of a replat of The Fairways at Riverchase, at the request of Nathan D. Maier
Consulting Engineers, Inc., to change the location of the 100-year FEMA Floodplain on Lots
30-58, Block "A", on property generally described as follows: along the north side of Kingsmill
Court and Berkshire Lane. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of
interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the
City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning the proposed replat
request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard,
Coppell, Texas 75019.
