DRC Review Comments - The Enclaves on the Parkway, Preliminary
Plat
Hike and Bike Trail easement and trail construction will be required as identified in
subdivision ordinance.
Park Land Dedication Ordinance will be in effect. An assessment of $1,285 per
dwelling unit is required.
Landscape and irrigation plans need to be signed and sealed to conform to the
Streetscape Plan. Sheet needs to be standard size and to be included in the
construction plans.
What is the status of the drainage area and the developers intent in regard to the
common area and greenbelt concept now meeting the western property edge.
