The left turn lane in Parkway Blvd. should be constructed.
Will lots 1,2,3,7 &8 have alley access to the existing alley in the Parks of Coppell?
What is the proposal for the existing drainage easement on the south and east side of this
subdivision?
The trail in the Parks of Coppell should be extended to Parkway Blvd.
How will the offset in the drainage easement between the Parks of Coppel and this
subdivision be accommodated. Will there be a transition in the easement to eliminate the
abrupt offset?
Additional work should be provided on the street layout, particularly between lots 10 and
11. You may wish to eliminate the bubble on the common line between lots 10 and 11 and
construct a landscaped island to be maintained by the Homeowners Association.
