Dear Mr. Blom:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Th~ Enclaves on the Parkwav,
located on the south si4e~Tif-~l~v--~Bofit~ss from Kid County, was approved by t~e
Coppell City Council dRTuesday, January 1~:~1995. The following conditions apply:
1. Care needs to be taken to insure the Homeowners Association Agreement clearly
spells out the obligations of the homeowners, such agreement needs to be
submitted to the City for review;
2. the property currently under ownership of the RTC would need to be transferred
to the Wilbow Peck group prior to any agreement being struck between the
developer and the City regarding maintenance, ownership, or improvement to the

4. mutual cost for the development needs to be determined through meetings with
the City Manager or his designee.
